Taskmaster Exclusive Clip and Interview for Series 19 with Greg Davies and Alex Horne

Greg Davies and Alex Horne joined us to discuss series 19 of Taskmaster and the wonderful and always eclectic group of comedians they have gathered for this round. Every new group of contestants brings a new energy and always feels totally unique and they found that the case as always with Fatiha El-Ghorri, Jason Mantzoukas, Matthew Baynton, Rosie Ramsey and Stevie Martin.

Jason Mantzoukas has long been a fan of the series and reached out to ask if there was any way he could be on the show as a superfan and essentially paid his own way over the UK to participate. Greg and Alex noted that he bought his own sensibility and style of chaos, including his desire to try to climb on the roof of the Taskmaster house in every episode, something which of course makes for great television! Meanwhile Fatiha El-Ghorri seems to have managed to take Greg out of his comfort zone, for maybe the first time in Taskmaster history, by aggressively flirting with him at times throughout. For Alex, his most uncomfortable moment comes in being made to be stern and dismissive towards the crew for one of the upcoming tasks, something which even Greg noted was very out of his nature and comfort level despite all that contestants have put him through over 19 seasons.

Watch and exclusive clip of the show and Jason truly trying to defy gravity by attempting to scale the roof of the Taskmaster house and our interview with Greg and Alex below:

Q&A on Series 19 of Taskmaster with hosts Greg Davies & Alex Horne. Moderated by Mara Webster, In Creative Company.

Greg Davies is the `Taskmaster' in this game show that challenges the wit and wisdom of five celebrities, who are all putting their reputations on the line. Sidekick Alex Horne assists Davies in setting up unique and ridiculous tasks for the competitors, which include painting a picture of a horse whilst riding a horse, and making a portrait of a celebrity using only toilet rolls. The competition is further fuelled by the fact that the prize pot is made up of each person's personal possessions, which they will lose to the overall winner.
