Talent Booking

We provide talent booking services for events ranging from conferences and festivals to panel discussions. We can work with you to help ideate or simply focus on strategy and outreach based on needs.

Event Producing

Services provided previously include but are not limited to:

• Programming and producing screenings and talks

• Coordinate scheduling Q&A’s with talent/filmmakers and moderators

• Talent and moderator booking as required

• Produce Q&A session with panelists including moderator

• Pre interview planning calls and materials to shape content for speakers

• Manage rehearsals and testing as needed

• Create run of show details for all participants

• Zoom capabilities for pre-recorded and live virtual events

• Streaming abilities across platforms (youtube, facebook, eventive etc.)

• Procure and manage on screen media media (slides, video clips, presentation
